This Limited Warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the Limited Warranty Period. During the Limited Warranty Period, Flowex cc will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective due to improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

Flowex cc reserves the right to inspect items claimed under this Limited Warranty prior to repair or replacement of the parts.

Flowex cc with either repair or issue an replacement Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

The Limited Warranty period for Physical Goods purchased from Flowex cc is from date of delivery and or collection from the Flowex cc Factory as below:

• 1 year for all Mild Steel Physical Goods
• 2 years for all 3CR12 Stainless Steel Physical Goods
• 2 years for all 304 Stainless Steel Physical Goods


• A replacement Physical Goods, or part, assumes the remaining Limited Warranty of the original Physical Goods or 180 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problems that are caused by:

• conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
• damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations or improper installation, this would include using Physical Goods not fit for purpose. e.g. Incorrect silencer fitted for specific motor type / Mild steel or 3CR12 utilised for coastal applications.


• The Limited Warranty does not apply to any cost's for the following:


• transportation of the Physical Goods to and from the Flowex cc Factory
• any labour or associated cost's in the un-installation and or installation of the Physical Goods.
